[Tilesathome] IMPORTANT: New client version

Hi

Fairly soon now I'm copying _unstable to stable, thus making it the
new stable version.

There are some new dependencies since the old stable version, so
install the following perl modules:

* Error
* IPC::Run
* Class::Accessor
* Module::Pluggable

There is some information on doing this on various platforms on the
installation pages on the wiki, please fill in details for your
platform if it's not already there.
