[Tilesathome] gd-png memory error

I have upgraded my tiles at home clients this mornig. since the upgrade i
get the following error
on most of my 2G render Clients.

[#5   0% tile-z17] Tileset (12,3642,1508) around 42.78,140.14
[#5   0% tile-z17] Splitting stripe 0... gd-png error: cannot allocate
image data
[#5   0% tile-z17] Putting job (12,3642,1508) back due to 'SplitTiles:
Missing File /tmp/tah/12_3642_1508_Ds9ET/tile-z17-s0.png encountered'
Use of uninitialized value in string eq at ./tilesGen.pl line 671.
[#5   0% tile-z17] SplitTiles: Missing File
/tmp/tah/12_3642_1508_Ds9ET/tile-z17-s0.png encountered
[#5   0% tile-z17] Waiting for previous upload process to finish (this
can take a while)
[#5   0% compress] Nothing found to compress                 

I have installed all the new dependencies.
