No, those commas only aim to show exactly what is passed as a single
parameter, so you don't have a single comma in your command.
You didn't get any lines at all about inkscape output?
Try adding --KeepDataFile 1 to your tilesGen command line and see how
both the SVG and resulting png look, maybe try running the command
manually and see if something weird happens. To get something suitable
for your shell add a " before /usr/bin/inkscape and one after .svg,
then remove all the commas between parameters.
