[Tilesathome] Marking Tiles as sea or land (informationfreeway) without success

My guess without knowning the exact proceedure - informationfreeway
syncs into an oceantiles.dat/png somewhere on the tah servers. From time
to time people move the current oceantiles into the svn and thus to the
clients. So changing something to land/sea via informationfreeway
make take its time to propagate to the clients.
