[Tilesathome] Marking Tiles as sea or land (informationfreeway) without success

There is not only a patch, the oceantiles layer is already displayed as an overlay. If it could be made a little more transparent that would be great. Right now it looks like this (mixed tiles are shown as water, but that could be changed):
