[Tilesathome] Black tile on inkscape < 0.46 and renderstripes at default

hi,

There is a magic number used in the source of at least inkscape 0.45.1, 
not allocating more than 100MB as pixel buffer for png output, but we 
need 256 MB for the 8192x8192 px z17 png.
inkscape 0.46 does not seem to use said magic number limit, or it is big 
enough for our purposes.
