[Tilesathome] Problems with UTF-8

Problem solved.

This was the problematic part:

perl osmarender/orp/orp.pl -r
osmarender/stylesheets/osm-map-features-z13.xml -o
/tmp/12_2168_1392_I6lNY/tile-z13.svg-temp.svg -b
49.7812640581778,10.546875,49.8379824530843,10.634765625
/tmp/12_2168_1392_I6lNY/dataclose-areas-area-center.osm

The dataclose-areas-area-center.osm is still fine - all UTF-8 Characters ok.
tile-z13.svg-temp.svg is defective.

Then I saw that there is an update for the Fedora 9 perl-XML-Writer rpm.
Installed that and everything is fine.
