I think of only the map call which is really easy i guess - I right now
dont get the way to handle duplicate nodes. The map call should return
all nodes in the bbox and all ways within the bbox with all their nodes
within or beyond the bbox. These are at least 2 sql statement where one
wants to eliminate the duplicate nodes.
I also dont get the QuadTile thing for nodes on ways outside the bbox.
My guess is that the current approach might loose nodes as the QuadTiles
might only list Tiles matching the bbox but the way nodes may be outside
those tiles.
