[Tilesathome] Still something wrong with request handouts

The request handout process still doesn't work correctly.

My clients are rendering these tilesets:
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/1067/681/
http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/2167/1336/

Only the latter one is shown to be assigned to me, the other one has renderer "matthias_julius_net_net".
