[Tilesathome] Broken Client?

All three of the machines that I have behind a proxy are giving me messages
like this:

ERROR: Is your client broken or have you just uploaded like crazy? "You have
more than 150 active requests. Check your client."

But when I look at my user page on tah.osm.org, I definitely don't see 150
active requests:

http://tah.openstreetmap.org/User/show/byid/3/

Is there any way I can have my active requests list wiped? I suppose
Sebastien needs to do that...
