[Tilesathome] Is it me?

To be precise it never was possible for me to render that specific tile, 
since it is more or less the whole city of Munich. I never managed to 
download all the data for rendering Munich. I've used the wrong 
tilenumbers yesterday. I should have rendered 2196/1428/12, which is 
south of Salzburg.

I just tried it with the correct tile numbers and it renders without any 
problem.
