[Tilesathome] Queue issues

Hi,

As coustomery which such emails, I forgot to attach the attachment. 
Shame in me...

I always thought that there was a technical reason again that. Since
that is not the case I'll have a shot at writing such a copy script.
Attached is a first, simple script, to check if I understand the legacy
tile format and the oceantiles.dat. Please give feedback.
