[Tilesathome] rendering arabic street/localities names

It's a known issue, but should be fixed already. Tiles rendered while 
the bug was there need re-rendering.

go to http://informationfreeway.org/?lat=33.88504&lon=35.50402&zoom=12 
and request a re-render (ctrl-klick, or "r").
