[Tilesathome] Wrong rendering of natural=peak?

Hello,

in the last days I've noticed that natural=peak gets rendered in all
zoom levels >= 12 with an icon size that only fits to z16 and 17 tiles.
I don't think that this is intended...

One example can be found here:

There are still some old tiles left with the correct rendering.
