[Tilesathome] Long Request Take Time?

They aren't all empty. I clicked on a few at random earlier in a
moment of boredom and was surprised to find two on the first page
had roads in. One only had a small amount of primary route in the
bottom left corner, but the other had quite a bit of information in
it, based on the tile that was shown (so not quite sure why they
were showing as RequestMissingTile requests if clicking on it
displayed the map of the area OK). For the less empty of those two I
requested a rerender to increase the priority.
