[Tilesathome] Read timeouts on upload

As a PS the current zip (for 2179,1421) it is trying to upload is
15.6MB. Is this a bit large? Does it relate to the inkscape issue
someone else just reported (I have 4GB but the machine has seemed
slower today)?
