[Tilesathome] Inkscape freeze?

Some Tilesets need tons of RAM to complete (and a 64bit machine to 
address it).
There is not much harm in terminating inkscape in such a case, 
especially if the request has already timed out at the server, and 
probably given to another unfortunate renderer.

Good resource prediction AKA complexity determination for tilesets is on 
our TODO list.
