If there was a way to automatically fix it, I will do in script.
Problem is that in most cases, area center algorithm can do as good
job as manually placed node. If make label relation for every node in
area of the same type, I will get at least 10000 relations jst for
amenity=parking, most of them being useless. But I agree it would be
usefull if validator plugin can check for it.

I did some test on german.osm - there are 18329 ways with
amenity=parking, 23038 nodes and 2423 parking lots with both way and
node.
