[Tilesathome] Inkscape Preferences deleted?

Hi,

for a few days now I get an error, that the inkscape preferences file is 
not a valid XML file or I do not have read permissions. I've checked for 
that and the file was completely missing. I've remade a new 
preferences.xml via the inkscape GUI and t at h ran without any issues 
again for about two days.

This morning it's the same problem again, the inkscape preferences file 
is missing. I do not change anything within the VM, it is dedicated only 
to t at h which is the only process besides the standard processes which is 
running.

Any ideas why this config file might get lost?
