[Tilesathome] Inkscape Preferences deleted?

Sorry for asking stuff in the wiki. I didn't think of reading that again.

Since I usually don't check my VMs as they run only in background 
deleting the file is not very handy, so I removed the write privileges 
from the file. Should not be a problem for t at h and inkscape itself is 
usally not opened, so I think that should work either.
