[Tilesathome] HTTP Error 500 on rendering requests?

Hi,

if i try to request to  re-render a tile (CTRL-click, 'r' on Level 12, or
directly using http://tah.openstreetmap.org/Request/create/ ), i get:

This is the stub for a HTTP Error code 500 page. Please fix me.
