[Tilesathome] Last uploaded tiles for a given user?

It does show the last 20 tilesets a user has uploaded (ie recently finished) if there was an open request for them.
It won't show anything if you uploaded an tileset without a request, true (did the old server really show anything then? That surprises me).

Style sheet changes will be picked up by all clients since we have the auto-update functionality, so it shouldn't matter which clients render it.

The server can only know about requests that have been satisfied, there is no database tracking user uploads. So it's not that easy to show unsolicited uploads.
And honestly, while I am willing to accpet patches, I am not going to invest enormous amounts of effort to make it easier or more attractive for people to circumvent the main request queue.
There's enough more pressing issues that need fixing (like not making apache or postgres die every few hours).
