I don't think so. And honestly, I am not sure it's quite useful. People press those keys accidently (I know I did) or without really knowing the intricate details of oceantiles.dat (only matters if there is no coastline at all etc etc)

Not that I blame people for now knowing these, but tuning the oceantiles knob requires some understanding of the system.
