I increased the 20 files limit as written in the config-file because
I've a bigger pipe, so it happened that the uploader uploaded 50 files
in 5 to 10 minutes. But the problem is, that the UploadToDirectory got
empty and even after two hours the uploaded tiles didn't move from
active reguests to finished requests.
