[Tilesathome] Windows client problem.

Hello,

i thing i have fix the download problem, i think it's a bug in the client
software.
My windows setup ist region Berlin/Germany that use the "," in numbers, if
the client send the requset with "," in the coords
i get an error, i must manual change the "," in "." in the windows config
and the download run.
Here the wrong HTML code:
