No. If the value is autotuned (reduced when inkscape crashes) that is 
fine. But nearly everyone is going to run the default values and if the 
default values prohibit the most difficult tiles, that would be pretty 
bad. I rather have people turn it down a notch when they experience 
difficulties than having them drive always in 1st gear by default.
