[Tilesathome] Windows client - german setting problem

Hello !

I have still the problem, that when I start my (windows) client and have 
set my windows system settings to german ( "," as decimal)
the first job is completted correctly. All next jobs did not work (I can 
see that there is a "," in the request answer, where a "." should be)

Setting windows to english ("." as decimal) every job is completted well.
