Imho construction=* is just stupid, and the wiki page should be fixed,
this might be self-explanatory to advanced computer users but not to
many ordinary users.

The Other Values stuff is also hard, can anybody see a good reason why
some random values are not in map features but on a separate page?
userdef doesn't fit for these since it's different from user defined
in that it's not any value, it's another list. Getting that list will
be a good chunk of work though, and I'm not going to spend time on it.

If you send me a mail with the .pl and an output .xml that you have
checked for sanity I can commit it to svn.
