[Tilesathome] No tiles being distributed?

Some hours ago (roughly 3.5 hours) Quiky (the sponsor of the new box
IIRC) had to restart apache and mysqld. Apparently the upload processor
did not like that and needs a restart too. As soon as that is done,
everything should return to normal.
