[Tilesathome] Testers wanted! (Re: Test rasterizer_branch)

Looks like rasterizer_branch is broken. Just before I've started
testing the branch, I've removed <!--bounds_mkr1--> markers from rules
files because they're are not used by current client anymore. But you
use some old tilesGen.pl, which still relies on it.
