Status update.

I got the server up and running.

Things will be a bit unstable as I still need to adapt the user
permissions and tweak and configure stuff. But this should be resolved
in a short time.

Munin will take a while, I need to get a hole in the firewall poked and
the sysadmin is away during this week.

Also, I haven't looked at the low zoom stitcher, I want to get the basic
services up and running first.

P.S. uploads have stopped for a short while, I need to convert the user
permissions on all tile files before I can continue the upload processor.
