[Tilesathome] no wood / forest at z11 and below?

I'm not sure if this is a new development or if t at h never displayed landuses
(especially forests) on z11 and below, but I think it would be nice if it
did. They are good for orientation and to structure the land IMHO at all
zoomlevels. I propose to have them rendered in all zoomlevels.

What do you think about this?
