[Tilesathome] no wood / forest at z11 and below?

Woodland and forest was deliberately excluded a z11 and below. This is to
give a better visual impression of road coverage / density at very low zoom
levels.
I tried it a long time ago and it didn't look nice as the urban density
quickly gets lost and you end up with a green and blue splodge at very low
zoom levels.
