OK, I ended up rewriting it almost completely from scratch with a text
editor, just to be sure Inkscape didn't mess things up.
Can somebody please test this icon in their t at h client? I'm not sure
if the scaling is going to end up correctly when used in
osmarender. The only client I have here can only do rural areas
without crashing, so it's unusable for testing this kind of urban
feature.
