[Tilesathome] exception using batik on z17

After replacing the subway SVG with a working copy, the next problem 
waits on Z17:

Cannot find the referenced element:
"file:/D:/TilesAtHome/tmp/12_2180_1421_0O7bp/tile-z17.svg#clip0"
specified on the element <g> - may be a problem of 'id'


I can not write SVG. I suppose it has something to do with telephone.svg 
not declaring a clip-path named "clip0". Can someone confirm or better 
yet fix this?
