[Tilesathome] cannot render the maplint layer at tile 2230 1424

Good.

The "--Debug=1" turns on debugging output and the "--Fork==0" turns of
forked rendering if you normally have it enabled.  I think forked
rendering hides error messeges from Inkscape.
