Either make it so that all java called from tiles at home uses that heap
size (maybe undesirable) or make it clear (Also by name) that this is
for osmosis specifically.

you'll need to put it in config.defaults and tilesAtHome.conf.linux and
tilesAtHome.conf.win

This will be updated by people with admin access on the server (i.e. me)
Make sure you also keep the -dev version in sync.
If it's not too big a patch you can also submit it to this mailing list
as an attachment (inline patches tend to break), and someone will commit
it for you.
