[Tilesathome] change to dev client

On my windows machine I have created two batch files to switch
between what I called "stable" and "unstable". I've not tried them
recently, but it used to be:

For dev branch:
d:
cd \tilesathome\tilesathome
..\svn\bin\svn switch
http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/rendering/tilesAtHome-dev/
trunk/

For stable release:
d:
cd \tilesathome\tilesathome
..\svn\bin\svn switch
http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/rendering/tilesAtHome
