[Tilesathome] Merge -dev client into stable?

Yes, I think so, too.
However we could use this opportunity to switch to the branches, tags,
trunk svn layout style completely, by simply issuing a svn switch to the
clients, and changing the Client name in the process.
I would push a general.conf that contains the appropriate commands for
svn so the client switches to the new svn url without user interaction.
instead of SubversionUpdateCmd = up
that would be
SubversionUpdateCmd = switch http://svn.../tilesAtHome-dev/...
(must be tested before checking in, of course)
