[Tilesathome] Tile 3343 1775 does not render

Looks like everywhere it's breaking has an inner/outer polygon for the
riverbank.

I've had mixed luck with islands in a river.  These work:

- but about a half mile up the river (follow it up northeast, there's
another little island in the same relation that doesn't render
correctly, even though it's defined exacly the same as the others
(well, it's not the same now after I fiddled with it, but it was
exactly the same.)
