[Tilesathome] Client update

I've not been running the client for a while, so went to run svn up before doing so today. I get:

D:\TilesAtHome\tilesAtHome>..\svn\bin\svn up
svn: OPTIONS of 'http://svn.openstreetmap.org/applications/rendering/tilesAtHome
': could not connect to server (http://svn.openstreetmap.org)

D:\TilesAtHome\tilesAtHome>

Any hints why it isn't connecting? I tried switching to the unstable branch and the svn switch command also failed to connect.
