Unless you want the tiles for yourself.

Are you sure? At least this did not used to be the case. AFAIK
completed requests are triggering the lowzoom stitching. That's why
there have been complaints before like "I have uploaded a couple of
tiles but the lowzoom tiles did not get updated."
