[Tilesathome] TRAPI, ROMA, etc

Hi,

A few weeks ago, I've put up a load balancer for ROMA, with three ROMA
instances in it.
Then, came a TRAPI server, and a second TRAPI server, and since yesterday, my
ROMA became a TRAPI server (lost a drive, not enough space to cope with the
postgresql database, TRAPI was a nice move.)

Now, there are two load balancers, the old ROMA one, at the old URL :
http://roma.osm.absolight.net:8080/api/0.5/map

and a new one, for TRAPI, at :
http://trapi.osm.absolight.net/api/0.5/map

For now, the ROMA LB includes the TRAPI one, so that the actual t at h client
works smoothly. The drawback is that TRAPI does no carry all the tags (say,
the tiger: source, import... are not in) it's fine from t at h point of view,
but people might want to use ROMA for something else.

It would be nice to change the config to have, say :

APIServers = API,TRAPI,ROMA,XAPI

with an added :
API_TRAPI = http://trapi.osm.absolight.net/api/%v/map?bbox=%b

When that will be done, I would remove the trapi servers from the ROMA lb so
that it's really a ROMA, and people could really use it for other uses.
