[Tilesathome] No rendering of power_source=wind

I have a question as to how this tag is being applied.  Is it applied
to an area in which wind turbines exist (i.e. a wind farm) with each
turbine marked as manmade=tower,tower=wind_turbine or is each turbine
being marked as a generator?  The difference being in that the graphic
would be rendered once versus for each turbine cluttering the map with
icons.
