[Tilesathome] cannot render the maplint layer at tile 2230 1424

AFAIK the server sends the size of the tileset file it currently has
for the tile layer as complexity.  Normally, this is not a problem.

I would say the maplint rules should be changed to ignore those mass
import tags.
