[Tilesathome] tile not rendered

Any idea what is wrong here

the tile should be rendered as nature_reserve like all it's neighbors.
tried already to render it myself with the latest tah version from  
svn. no success.

on low zoom levels are broken for a long time already

this area is broken from level 8-11
how to request rerender of low zoom levels?
