[Tilesathome] tile not rendered

I would say this is because there is no nature_reserve boundary in the
download bounding box for that tile.  Therefore the client does not
get to know about it.

The question then arises why the other tiles are rendering correctly
like the one immediately right to the problematic one.  The
nature_reserve boundary is pretty far away from that one, too.
