[Tilesathome] UploadToDirectory=1 appears to stop user account score from updating

Neither have I. :-) I just keep the server running these days. No, they
don't synchronize upload. But it happens in the background so it doesn't
slow down the rendering of the next request. If it happens that 2-3
clients upload at the same time, each will just upload a little slower...
