This was a multipolygon-related bug in or/p. It worked just fine if I
removed the multipolygon these small features were members of.

The or/p minSize implementation let everything that wasn't a way
through, I changed it to exclude everything but ways. I don't really
know if this is the best way to handle multipolygons and such here,
I'll leave that to somebody that knows the multipolygon implementation
in or/p better.

So, please update your clients and try rerenders of affected areas.
