[Tilesathome] possible renderer or client bug detected?

This evening looking at some recently generated tiles I recognized some
odd looking tiles (at z12) nearby. Have a look at
 z12,1150,1609
i.e.
http://server.tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/?layer=tile&z=12&x=1150&y=1609
to see what I mean. There are no streets, just buildings and some
landuse in that tiles ...

Tiles I saw were all rendered today, tried another render request too
for this one tile:
 http://server.tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/details/tile/12/1150/1608/
but found no visible change.
